Family with children leisure seekers
Had a great time with the kids in the game room, we spent hours there, laughing and playing. The water dispensers in the lobby were a great touch, keeping us hydrated after all the fun.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

My time here did have some highs and lows. While the staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable, hidden fees like the $50 valet charge and lacking consistent amenities made the experience feel a bit frustrating. Overall, a mixed bag but decent for the price.

We hit up Santa Monica and Hollywood, and the staff was super friendly. Rooms were comfy, and I appreciated the hot drinks in the morning. Just a heads up, valet is $45 a night, but it’s pretty standard for the area.
We had some trouble with room service. It took forever just to get a menu, and then we were told we should go to the restaurant for food instead. Not cool!

The Essential Double Room was comfortable with a nice skyline view. Great shower pressure, and I loved the mini bar setup! The lobby had flavored water, which was a nice touch after being out. However, the room didn't have a lot of extra seating, and the snacks were kind of pricey if you were looking to munch on something. Overall, a solid place to stay but keep some snacks on hand just in case!
